This is not the first time CJ Abrahamson and Justice Bradley have dissented on the stricter side in disciplinary cases and once again I agree with their dissent.

A film I won’t be seeing anytime soon is a new documentary called “Divorce Corp,” billed as an “expose” on the divorce “industry.”

The skill in lawyering is knowing when to be aggressive – and when not to be.

A wealthy business man who thinks he is paying too much in child support asked his legislator (to whom, of course, he contributed money) to draft legislation which would lower his child support.

First, his brilliance. Second, his loyalty. Finally, his passion. He was a fascinating lawyer and person. Rest in peace, Jon Peter.

It appears this documentary takes a few outrageous examples and extrapolates to those being the rule rather than the exception. It may make good hype for the news media, but it is poor logic and not reality.
