Ten Trials that Changed the World

I love “best of” lists, but often they frustrate me because they are naturally inclined to favor more recent events.  That’s why I really liked a recent article which listed the “Ten trials that changed the world.”  While it is debatable whether the case of God vs. Adam and Eve (gee, I wonder who is going to win that one?) was really a trial, it would be rather impossible to go back any further in history!

I’m also pleased that the author did not go the cheap way out and list the latest “trial of the century” like the O.J. trial.

I am rather disappointed that none of my trials made the list, but, then again, I never did have God on the other side (although I’ve had some judges who seemed to think they were God…).
