New Case on Sub S Income

The court of appeals issued an unpublished, but citeable case today, which, among other things, deals with the availability of Sub S income for support.

I’ll post comments about this case later, but I want to post a link to it immediately since it is an important issue.

Which raises the question of why this decision is not recommended for publication…
