Unusual Client Placement Request

It is not unusual for a client to ask for certain considerations for special holiday placements.  For example, where one parent celebrates Christmas with his/her family on Christmas eve and the other on Christmas Day, it makes sense to have placement awarded every year accordingly. I was Guardian ad Litem for a couple’s children one time where one party was Greek Orthodox and wanted to make sure he had the children on the appropriate holidays.  No problem.

A recent article posted by my friend, Randy Kessler, shows a guy who went to an extreme, however. In addition to certain religious holidays, he wanted placement for any first round NCAA championship game played by Syracuse.  Now that is a custom made placement agreement!
