Last month, I reported that the Wisconsin Court of Appeals decided McDonah v. McDonah, No. 2014AP712 (released December 23, 2014; not published, but citeable) where it held that a life insurance provision was in the nature of child support and thus ended when the children were no longer minors.

My column in the Wisconsin Law Journal was just published which discusses the case and its implications in more detail.
