When approaching downtown Milwaukee from the North (Heading on I-43 South):

When approaching downtown Milwaukee from the North (Heading on I-43 South):
Exit I-43 at the “Lakefront” exit to I794 East, Exit 72B.
Take the first exit off of I794, Plankinton Road, Exit 1D.
Followup the ramp as it turns towards the north onto Plankinton Road. The second stop light is Michigan Street.
Turn right onto Michigan Street. Go one block east to Water Street and turn right (heading south)
On the right (West) side of the street (on Water St., between Michigan St. and Clyburn St.) is the entrance to the Chase Tower Parking Plaza
Public parking starts on level L-4 (which is between 3 and 4) and continues to top of parking plaza.
After you have parked, take the elevator or stairs to Level 2 and take the bridge to Chase Tower.
Once in the building, take the first set (South Set) of elevators on your left to the 17th Floor.
We are in Suite 1725, directly off the elevator on the west side of the building.

When approaching downtown Milwaukee from the West (Heading on I-94 East):

Proceed to downtown Milwaukee and stay in the left lane of I-794 East.
Exit I-794 at the Jackson and VanBuren Street Exits. (Exit 1E - a left lane exit).
At the bottom of the ramp, go past the stoplight and follow the ramp to the left, following the sign “to Hwy. 32"onto Clybourn St.
Take Clybourn street west five blocks to Water Street.
Turn right on Water St. and head north one-half block. On the left (West) side of the street is the entrance to the Chase Tower Parking Plaza (on Water St., between Clybourn St. and Michigan St.).
Public parking starts on level L-4 (which is between 3 and 4) and continues to top of parking plaza.
After you have parked, take elevator or stairs to Level 2 and take the bridge to Chase Tower.
Once in the building, take the first set (South Set) of elevators on your left to the 17th Floor.

As you enter Milwaukee on the high-rise bridge, stay in the right-hand lane and take the Plankington Road exit.
Take the Plankington Road exit (Exit ID) east until the bottom of the exit ramp. Turn left (heading north) onto Plankington Road
Go north two blocks to Michigan Avenue and turn right (east).
Go one block east on Michigan Avenue, crossing the river, to Water St. Turn right on Water St. and head south for one-half block. On the right (west) side of the street is the entrance to the Chase Tower Parking Plaza
