Regina Carlisle Williams

Regina Carlisle-Williams joined the law firm of Loeb & Herman, S.C. in 1978.  She has over 35 years of experience as a legal assistant in the area of family law.

In March, 1992, Regina was the recipient of the 1992 Professional of the Year Award by the Milwaukee Association of Legal Secretaries.  In 2006, she received the Unsung Hero Award by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

Regina is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  She is a very active alumni where she has served as a mentor, advisor, and facilitator at various workshops.  In 1998, she was honored by the African American Educators Committee, and received the Diversity Award at the National Black Student Union Conference in 2009.  On May 2, 2009, the Regina Carlisle-Williams, Lambda Alpha Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Endowed Scholarship was named in her honor.

Regina has a passion for community service which she has shown through her work with various organizations.  In 2012, she was the recipient of the Award of Excellence in Mentoring from the Running Rebels of Milwaukee.  She is also a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and served as the Wisconsin State Coordinator for 11 years.  Because of Regina’s outstanding leadership and service to her sorority, she has received the following awards: 1997 Delta of the Year Award presented by the Milwaukee Alumnae Chapter; Advisor of the Year (2010-2011) for the Midwest Region, and the 2014 Delta Trailblazer Award from the Madison Alumnae Chapter.
